Codes come from [email protected] and usually arrive within a minute. Check your spam or junk folder, and make sure the email address has no typos. You can ask for a new code after a short wait. If it still doesn’t arrive, sign in with Google instead or email us.

No. Sign in with Google, or enter your email and we’ll send you a 6-digit code.

Your collection, streak and rewards are saved to your account. Install the app on the new phone and sign in the same way as before (the same Google account or email).

You get one turn a day, by your local time. Spin the wheel to meet a figure (or, with Plus, choose any figure), and you get a quote you haven’t collected yet, with the story behind it.

Every 7-day streak earns a Missed-Day Pass. Use a pass on a missed day in your Archive to fill it in and repair your streak.

Yes. Each quote is checked word for word against a public-domain source, and the work, section and translator are shown with it. Many popular “quotes” online were never said by the person they’re credited to; we leave those out.

Choosing any figure for your daily quote, Daily Trivia and Ask for a Quote, and a Legendary Key every 30-day streak to unlock legendary quotes, share cards, wheel themes and figure app icons. It comes monthly or yearly, with a 7-day free trial.

In Google Play, tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → My Wiselings Plus → Cancel. You keep Plus until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel it.

Make sure you’re signed in to the same account you subscribed with, then go to Settings → Restore purchases. If that doesn’t fix it, email us with your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA).

You keep your collection, the keys you’ve already earned and everything you’ve unlocked. Earning new keys needs Plus.

Share your invite code or link from Rewards → Invite friends. A friend who joins gets a Missed-Day Pass. When a friend pays for Plus for the first time, you get a free month of Plus 7 days later, up to 12 months in total. See the full rules in our Terms.

They can enter it in Settings within 7 days of creating their account.

Go to Settings → App icon. Some launchers refresh briefly after a change, and a shortcut you pinned may disappear; just add it again.

Check that notifications for My Wiselings are allowed in your phone’s settings, and that battery saving isn’t stopping the app. On some phones you need to allow the app to run in the background.
